 My journey in the therapeutic world began with Initiatic Therapy, which  taught me to focus on the sacred nucleus within each person and its  connection to the greater LIFE. Through this therapy, I developed my  skills in self exploration accompaniment through art, symbols and other  means. This foundational experience has stayed me throughout my career. 

 The ancestral knowledge also taught me the importance of relationships  and honoring them. This understanding of everything as sacred and  connected, whether it be other people, plants, animals, rocks, trees,  has helped me to understand the power of flowers in my work as a floral  therapist. 

I founded EcoAeon because I believe that water is an infinite resource and that enhancing  our water supply is the way to ensure that we protect this valuable natural  resource. By returning filtered water with reduced chemicals and toxins  into the water supply, our products are beneficial to the environment. 

I developed a range of water related products with the same focus on using the natural forces of nature as renowned  Scientist and Naturalist Viktor Schauberger, who noted that  20th century technology moves everything the wrong way – exploding,  heating, pressuring. His own inventions used nature’s quiet cooling,  inward-spiralling suction motions instead, and the result rejuvenated instead of destroying.

In ‘soma-psychology’,  terms such as ‘soma’ or ‘somatic’ do not refer to the physical body, but to your own inwardly felt body, in particular your  felt bodily sense how you are or the issue or theme that calls for your attention.

It is through our body that we exist here and we sense ourselves and the world around us.

In 2017 I joined a small group called Companion Voices  who provide singing for the end of life. It was there, that I first  needed to hold a harmony by myself and started hearing how they fit  together. Lovingly held by the founder, Judith Silver, I began to feel the strength of my own voice.

I then started experiencing various teachers from the Natural Voice Network,  who are a group of people who work with voice and song and who believe  that singing is everyone’s birthright, regardless of musical experience  or ability.

During  this time, I had sung so many incredible heart opening and inspiring  songs, that I felt I needed to share them with the world. So, in  September 2017, I started Harmonies of the Heart in Rickmansworth and  began sharing all the songs that have touched me deeply over the years.  Various London groups followed in June 2019.
